Appartement en duplex, deux chambres, une salle de bain et une salle d’eau. Au RDC, une cuisine salon.
Les environs sont peu accueillants (plusieurs immeubles de l’époque de la domination communiste) mais c’est plutôt calme et familial. Parking gratuit.
