Excellent location, lots of space in the room, super shower, and hosts were super helpful! Definitely would stay here again. Next time we would ask our host for a private tour of the palace.

Great location, exceptional hosts

NIkolina and Baldo are exceptional hosts. On our last day (after checking out and leaving our bags), there was a heavy rain storm. Nikolina provided large sturdy bags to protect our suitcases so they would not get wet on our walk to the ferry port. The location is perfect for access to the tourist sights, restaurants and the ferry port. We stayed in the quad room even though there were just two of us. It was roomy, well furnished and had a view of the gardens next door. The weather was perfect, so we never had to use the air conditioning, so I cannot comment on that. The shower was great --never ran out of hot water. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again should we return to Split. I have already recommended that my friends stay here when they visit Split.

Great location Great Family

Small family run place in the heart of the Diocletian Palace. Kind and considerate couple who even met me when I could not locate the building. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Could be a little loud with the windows open from the tour groups and tourists but you can’t beat the location!

Awesome stay in Split

I had a wonderful stay. I can’t remember her name, but the owner (wife) was so nice and helpful. She gave us really useful tips for sightseeing and even recommended some delicious authentic restaurants that were not as costly as the touristy ones. Location was fabulous, right inside the palace. The only difficulty I ran into was not having warm water for that long and no body soaps/shampoos. If my boyfriend took a quick shower, there would not be much hot water left for me. Everything else was great. Thank you for an amazing stay in Split!

Phenomenal!

Let me cut to the chase- if you are staying in Split and an apartment is available, BOOK IT fast! Perfect location--convenient for everything. It is inside the Diocletian Palace, close 10 min walking distance to port and bus station, perfect location for everything else in Split. The owner, Baldo is extremely nice and helpful. Stayed in a 4 person apartment for 3 nights with family. No issues whatsoever. AC works well, rooms are clean, and overall an extremely pleasant stay with family. Small kitchen came in handy with the family. Cafe next door. Will definitely stay here again next time in Split- no need to look for anything else.
