For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with meadow, natural pond, swimming pool round (8 m diameter, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio. In the house: bicycle rental. Bread roll service. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Palmberg" 1 km, railway station "Spiegelau" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, sled run 1 km. Nearby attractions: Nationalparkzentrum Neuschönau 17 km, Baumwipfelpfad 17 km, Passau 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mitterfirmiansreut 31 km, Geißkopf 22 km, Großer Arber 37 km. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald 3 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Family atmosphere in 3 comfortable log chalets. Largely self-sufficient energy supply with photovoltaic system, infrared heating and Swedish stoves. The firewood comes from our own small forest with natural pond and stream. From around May 24, chicken coop with outdoor enclosure. Children can pet the chickens, feed them and collect their own eggs.

Schicke Unterkunft in idyllischer Umgebung

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit angenehmen und kinderfreundlichen Vermietern. An interessanten Ausflugszielen mangelt es nicht im Bayerischen Wald.Die rein elektrische Infrarotheizung könnte sich, abhängig vom Strompreis, im Winter zu einem nicht zu verachtenden Kostenfaktor entwickeln.
