Absolutely perfect lake getaway!

Such a comfortable stay with high quality linens and beautiful furnishings! There were plenty of additional blankets and pillows for every guest to have just what they need. They even provide complimentary loofahs! The patios have exceptional views of the water and are a great place to relax. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Gorgeous Lake House!

We loved the view and the neighborhood! We saw wild life like deer and owls. We loved cooking on the grill and the kitchen was the best we’ve ever had. What a great place! Thank you!

A magnificent, quiet and lovely getaway!

Celebrated my wife's 50th with family and friends and it was amazing...she loved every moment! Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely look at doing this one again!

We booked this location for the view. It did not disappoint. My husband and my two friends enjoyed the view and how peaceful it was there. We spent most of our time on the desk. The check-in process was easy, the place was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was given all the information I needed before I arrived. We loved it so much and were so happy with the place that I would book it again.

Weekend Getaway

We were having a boat party at Lake Travis for the 210 Slingaz on Saturday and needed a place to stay where we could keep our slingshot secure. When we arrived at the property we didn’t realize there was a gate code but another resident let us in. I had a bit of a challenge using the code provided to get into the front door but the property manager was very helpful when I called. They provided the gate code and other codes we needed for our stay. The layout was awesome and worked well for everyone. The view was great and the photos online matched exactly what we saw in the listing. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

The property managers email with access information did not make it to us. They did not reach out to call us to verify. The reservation confirmation gave us no phone number to call. We had to dig up the phone number on the Vacasa app in order to get a human to help us out. Contact information for the property manager needs to be more readily available.

Lakeside Beauty

This townhome was the perfect getaway spot for our an anniversary celebration! Nestled in a quiet, gated community and sitting high above the shores of Lake Travis, this property did not disappoint. Being the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, this home is well appointed and thoughtfully designed and has plenty of space for a larger group or just enough quaintness for two. The kitchen and baths are stocked with anything you could need for a comfortable stay away. We enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom with its beautiful on-suite bathroom. The bed was super comfy with luxurious bedding and 2 lofty down feather pillows per sleeper. The view from the 2 back decks (one on each level) are stunning and unspoiled. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Having access to the 2 car garage was a bonus. There were only 3 negatives to report: we had a lot of trouble when trying to lock the home from the outside, we couldn’t get the code to open the garage door from the outside and the “house book” and online listing spoke of a commercial ice maker but we weren’t able to locate it anywhere on the property. The lock could have been due to user error🤪 and it is possible maybe that the commercial ice maker was located at the community pool?? We used the location as a spot to enjoy the Capital City and the small towns surrounding Spicewood. All of this said, I highly recommend this property!

Convenient, quiet, w/great views

Nice property, appeared remodeled and well kept, master bed was comfortable and room dark, and apparently the 2nd bdrm king was also comfortable since my son slept well, kitchen was equipped and easy to use, convenient to lake, low water boat ramp is steep but still usable at 645 lake level, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Cleaning fee is a little higher than others but there is also less required by the renter at check-out than others. We hope to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the condo to wind down after a busy Thanksgiving week. Booking was easy and fast, and the condo was spotless! Everything is updated and very comfortable. The TV and sound system are awesome! The only issue is the digital front door lock--it is confusing, and did not work when we tried to lock it. Then it worked later.

Great Property but Stay Away from Turnkey Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was perfect for what we were looking for. Very clean with comfortable furnishings and everything on site we needed for our stay. Amazing view of Lake Travis. Parking with a boat was a bit of a challenge but we were able to make it work. Mgt Co was not helpful here. Property Mgr has no arrangement to use community boat ramp on your day of departure. They insisted that the one pass not be used that day. Maybe get another and let user return it by end of day? When i asked where the nearest boat ramp was they recommended one 85 miles away! Property Mgr also would not give us a late checkout from 10:00am, which is quite early. Made checkout day difficult for us. We asked about late checkout 1 day before check in but Turnkey told us that they wouldn’t be able to let us know about later checkout until the day before checkout. 2 days after this conversation when we asked about late checkout they said no. Why? They said it was because they had another rental to clean for but they could have told us that the day before when we asked. Lastly, the daily rate is fair but the cleaning fee that Turkey charges is $296 (plus they charge a separate mgt fee on top of that). Property size is small (my guess around 1500 sf). $296 cleaning fee is way too much. $296 is fair fee for a good sized house not a small condo. Despite these issues with the Property Mgr, we had a good time and loved the condo.

Girls weekend getaway

Booked this place for a girls weekend getaway in November. Loved that it had great views but would have loved to use the fireplace since it was so cold. The fireplace was advertised as an amenity and was one of the reasons I booked the property. The cell reception isn’t great either as it is so far off the beaten path. Great layout and perfect for our needs. The bed on the bottom level was VERY stiff and made me look forward to going back home. I most likely would try a different house next time.

The views are spectacular, the house is well appointed and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely but the location is remote so plan ahead and pack supplies and food accordingly. We ate all our meals at the house and kayaked on the Colorado enjoying easy water access at the neighborhood boat ramp. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo with an awesome view!

Very clean, well stocked and comfy. The view of the lake is amazing. It is a little far away from civilization but we were able to do things with family in the Lakeway area within 35 minutes. And we went zip lining nearby. But you do have to plan on getting groceries and cooking.
