Exactly as in the listing. The suite was clean and welcoming. The coffee bar was a nice treat. We really appreciated the kitchen amenities. No need to run to the store. We did not use the pool or backyard since it was off-season. Abra’s communication was excellent.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect getaway for our little family & Abra was so kind to make sure we had whatever we needed while traveling with our 8 month old. She even set up a portable crib for him & made sure everything was fully stocked for our stay. She put a lot of thought into little details in the home (had extra toothbrushes, toilet paper, paper towels, baby plates, etc.). We loved having a great selection of board games to choose from in the evenings too. Her family was so warm & welcoming to us I could go on & on. We really enjoyed exploring the area & relaxing at the pool on the hot days. It was a perfect little getaway!

Comfortable, quiet, relaxing place to stay! Hosts always quickly responded to any questions. Enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks! Fully stocked with cookware to make our morning breakfast, before heading out to our daily activities; we were too busy to use pool but it looked welcoming!

Very pleasant stay

This was a lovely country styled cottage with amenities that we didn’t expect. The owner provided us with complete privacy although at our disposal at any given time. She has cottage stocked with snacks and most anything you would need and although it’s was too cold and rainy to enjoy the pool it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay there again!

Sweet getaway to nature

This place was a sweet location for our trip to visit the area waterfalls. 4 of us and our dog stayed comfortably for 4 days. The owners are adjacent to the rental home and the pool is shared with them. 2 of us stayed on the air mattress and the owners generously stocked the home with treats, and conveniences. Everything was very tidy, clean, and well taken care of. Main bed was very comfortable and between the window unit AC and the ceiling fans, we were quite comfortable. Right outside the driveway is corn fields and very quiet, rarely heard a car go by. There is no recycling if you’d like to be extra prepared. We had a wonderful visit, and appreciated all the care and thought that went into the sweetly decorated place. Thank you host family.

Quick stay while visiting Cornell

The accommodations were very clean and well decorated. We booked because we were going to have our dog with us. He didn’t end up coming, but my daughter and I thought the place was perfect. Very clean and easy to check in. Extra touches like some snacks and drinks were there upon arrival and I totally appreciate Abra asking about allergies before we got there. We didn’t get to use the pool due to weather, but it looked super clean. Thanks for a great stay!

quaint and quite country stay

this place is delightful! clean and cute, it's exactly what was pictured! the property is beautiful - surrounded by fields and little mountains. so quiet and the night sky is beautiful. there were so many yummy snacks and coffees that made the stay feel extra homey and the decor is really cute. my dog loved it, too!

The photos of the property were 100% accurate. We stayed 2 nights. The space was comfortable for the two of us. It was nice that the host left a snack station and a bathroom basket that had all those little things a traveler might forget in it.

We found our stay enjoyable with a pool right out the back door. We were on baby watch and our new grandson was 5 days late so we made arrangements to stay later and all worked out well. I loved the nearby town of Spencer and would definitely stay here again.

Ithaca Trip

We stayed with our dog for an over night concert in Ithaca. The suite is super cute and very accommodating. Abra was easy to contact and got right back with any questions. We especially appreciated the snacks and bottled water!
