The “Cuore Verde” farmhouse lies in an uncontaminated nature surrounded by medieval village and historical towns centres. The house is a 17th century rural villa with few apartments hosting from 2 to 5 persons. The villa can be hired entirely to host groups from 8 to 16 people. The villa is integrated in a wonderful natural oasis with a hill that surrounds the scenario. The property is completely fenced in making a total of 18 hectares of land, 2 km from Spello. The villa has been restored and refurbished to a very high standard apartment style property.The furniture is antique. The villa consists of three floors, the ground floor offers a large communal living room. ( photo n. 2)
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Splendido!
L’agriturismo Cuore Verde è un vero e proprio gioiello. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: giardino, piscina, arredi. L’appartamento Ginepro poi, essendo al piano terra, l’abbiamo trovato comodissimo e molto più grande delle aspettative. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile, presente e attenta. Graditissimi l’olio di loro produzione e le lenticchie trovati in appartamento come omaggio. Sono stati cinque giorni perfetti. Grazie di tutto!
