Staff exceptional and location is stunning and private . Service top shelf. My only (slight) disappointment was the size of the room (ample but below expectations for a 5 star resort) and surprisingly the degree to which sound from adjacent room was audible.

The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great as well as the staff at breakfast. They were all very nice and provided excellent service with a smile. The view from the pool and restaurant is beautiful.
The hotel is also not far from the town piazzeta where all the stores and restaurants are a 5/10 minute drive or 30 minute walk. A taxi costs 20 euro there if you do not have a car.
