Disappointing. The room was quite clean, but was very old, rusty, musty, and worn down. The toilet seat was super loose, the tub had rust spots and marks, and there wasn't a vent in the bathroom. Front desk staff was pleasant, but the rooms can definitely use some renovation. All of the above was disappointing but tolerable since we were staying there for just one night... but the unacceptable part for us was the housekeeper banging on our front door at 0900, waking us up from a deep sleep. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible condition of walls (paint scratched), bathroom, and we had to push extremely hard on the door to open it. Our neighbor’s door squeaked loudly every time it opened. Walls were thin so we could hear our neighbors talking all through the night. This was not a “resort” type of hotel for sure. I did not feel safe in the room.

Great pool for the kids, staff is very friendly. Holy Ship approved.

one nite stay until we could get into our rental condo

Stayed here when visiting family near Coco Beach. This hotel was amazing!! We sat by the fire at night and swam in their warm pool. In the morning the kids played in the pirate ship pool and enjoyed the beach there was so many neat thing about this hotel for families. Breakfast was great. Will be staying here again and again and again! Wonderful relaxing place for us and the kids

The location could not be better. The space available in the loft rooms are ideal for a family, and there are lots of family friendly activities. The beds are comfy, that being said, the facility is older and run down. The A/C unit sounded like a jet airplane landing every half hour and was located right next to the king bed. There was lots of noises from the dishwasher to the thin walls, but then again it was a hotel so what is to be expected. While clean enough the furniture is grubby. I definitely used my own cleaners to sanitize things. The internet service was pretty much non existent. They said it was due to the hurricane about 4 months ago. The cable and tv options were terrible. So if you only care about location this spot works, but if you need a little more well run hotel and updated features, give it a pass.

Though the hotel staff was nice, the facilities were shady. The room had a damp feel and was overall uncomfortable. The parking spaces located right outside the hotel door made me feel unsafe. Ultimately we decided to cancel our reservation and choose a different hotel.

Stayed 1 day. Had a great time. Great beach and hotel. Pools are very nice used both of them.

Seems like maybe the property is being put up for sale, or converted into a FEMA camp? Didn't have things like shampoo, clean towels, and kept trying to charge "Resort Fees" for no apparent reason. No sign about breakfast costing extra, but dang, it sure did.

Someone overdosed In the room next to us and the paramedics and police cams and then later in the evening when we left for dinner there were about 4-6 cop cars at the front lobby!

Was easy to check in and find room. Hotel is close to everything and easy to get in and out of. Room was quiet, clean.

Our room had the worst plumbing system that I've encountered ever. My husband complained and we were moved to another room, thank goodness. The AC was very noisy. The parking lot was filled with stacked wet old mattresses and broken debris from rooms, as well as landscape material. The pool was very crowded so we did not use it. We enjoyed the tiki bar and restaurant.

Close to beach but crapy room nice amenities lots to do but if your looking for a nicer room it's not the place.

My wife chose this hotel based primarily on the pictures, but the pictures does a huge disservice. The hotel is old and run down and in need of major renovations. This felt more like a motel then anything. The rooms were old and the sheets were gray, the carpets were dirty and needed steam cleaning. Wood or tile is much more suitable. The bathrooms were dirty and old, water pressure and temp fluctuated. Wifi would drop and signal strength was not strong enough. They need a new wifi system or renew the existing one. But the staff was great, hard working and friendly. The access to the beach was nice, the pool was clean and nice. We spent a week in Florida and only spent 3 days in the hotel. Instead we opted to go to Miami beach for a few days to make sure we enjoyed our vacation.

Drunk people everywhere, smokers everywhere. Staff not only did not speak English, they didn't understand any simple requests in English. Food at Breakfast Spot was terrible. The kids pool smelled like you were wading in shin deep cesspool of beer and God only knows what else. Orbitz pictures did not accurately portray this hotel. It;s run down, ugly and seriously lacking in any amenity or comfort ones looks forward too when vacationing. I can't even give this hotel a 1 star rating.

Rooms are very out dated, dirty, and small. They ended up separating our family because of a condemned room they failed to keep closed and rented out to us anyway. There was mold that had been painted over, wet floor under the bed (hardwood floors),and the AC was not working. And by the end of our week there they had rented out this room AGAIN to another family. The bathrooms are incredibly small and dingy. Our toilet was barely functioning. The floors are filthy. Our AC unit had a completely broken screen and a filthy filter. The kids pool was very run down. We heard from a maintenance man that in 2 years this whole complex will be torn down and rebuilt by another hotel company that bought them. I hope this is true because this place was disgusting and run down. The girl who checked us in though was very polite. We stayed here 3 years ago, and this place has only continued to worsen. All of the other employees we passed throughout the week didn't even acknowledge us or smile. There was trash all over the resort and the beach. I do not remember the beach being so dirty 3 years ago. There were countless cigarette butts, beer caps, and random garbage everywhere.

The original room had a leaking bathroom ceiling. Was upgraded to a Oceanview villa. It was great. Very nice staff.

We personally had a great stay! We stay every year & although it is an older hotel & in need of some repairs, I see they have been trying to fix some of the rooms! The hotel has everything you need, pool, bar, the ocean, & live music!

Location is great but that's about it. They need major major renovations. The manager at the front desk was amazing and tried to accommodate us to the best of her ability and we really appreciated it. The food at the hotel restaurants was ok , sandwiches from the local grocery store were much more tasty.

Bathrooms were funky Beds were stiff Great location And lots of activities for the kids Should be listed as a motel...

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Our team is working to insure a clean and comfortable stay, in a warm and welcoming environment. We do provide 'do not disturb' signs in order to avoid the housekeepers knocking and attempting to clean, when guests do not want service. It is unfortunate that you experienced the early attention from housekeeping. Should you be willing to give us another chance, we are confident that you will have a memorable stay. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
