Bathrooms were funky Beds were stiff Great location And lots of activities for the kids Should be listed as a motel...

Our stay was exactly what we expected. We booked this hotel for the kiddie pool and that's exactly what our daughter enjoyed, as well as the adult pool. The view of the beach from the balcony of our room was gorgeous. The room was clean. All we say is that the furniture is outdated and the chipping paint on the handrails was disappointing.

Loved that the hotel is right on the beach! There is so much that you can do here. We spent a lot of time at Mambos, the pool and of course the beach. You could literally check in and never have to leave this resort. The room could have been a little cleaner but housekeeping did come every day with new towels, took the garbage out and made the bed. The staff are all very kind and helpful. We will be coming back to visit next year!

When reserving your room they show a picture of a room that is nice. But when you get there the room they give you is dirty the bed is like concrete. The wallpaper is tearing off the walls. There is holes in the walls. The door is so flimsy you could break threw it. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. The shower and toilet are so old and gross you don't want to use them. They say it is a hotel and resort but it is a motel. I would not stay here or let anyone I know stay here

Was on the beach, good price, the room could have been better, shower handles were needing repair, but very friendly, family oriented. Had a great stay. Room was clean, but just a bit dated

An oceanfront room and beach access is the only reason we stayed at this location. The room and beds were uncomfortable with a poor running a/c unit.

The sheets were clean, and the few staff that I met were friendly, but other than that I don't have much good to say. the place is loaded with deferred maintenance. Doorknobs falling off, bathroom tile all cracked, and plumbing questionable. It feels like the owner has given up on the place and is just milking it for a few more years. Close to the beach though.

The hotel was very good for ocean accessibility. But the room was not good...it was dirty and not like the pictures at all. If we were staying for more than one night we would have relocated. Example; we wanted to rinse off after swimming in the ocean, so I asked my husband to call down to the front desk for more towels. He picked up the phone and there was no dial tone...when he investigated further there was no cord in the phone to the wall. My husband went down to the lobby to inform them and when the maintenance man came to fix it, he was unsuccessful.

This hotel is right off cocoa beach which isn't that pretty but they have a basketball court, tennis court, a nice size pool area and volleyball area. However the hotel is so outdated and old. Breakfast brunch was disgusting and overpriced. But if you need a cheap hotel for one night to go on a cruise, you'll be fine. But don't expect the slightest bit of luxury. However we didn't see any roaches or rats.

Dirty run down tourist hotel. Carpet was so dirty you needed to wear sandals in order to keep you're feet from tuning black. The bedding was tapered and worn. Leak in the bathroom ceiling ad wet cartpent by the bathroom door. Run down with 80's decor. Maid staff was dismissive when asking for towels. Only saving grace is pretty kid oriented with play areas on the grounds and pool.

used to be holiday inn. nice location. water pressure & temperature terrible. paper thin walls. we were there during spring break and had to call the desk about loud parties both nights of our stay.. we were there for my mothers funeral and didn't get any sleep and it was a terrible stay

Lots of issues with room key and door opening even after several attempts of new keys. Had booked 2 sep rooms on 2 diff floors both bathrooms were very dirty. Toilets were dirty and missing a shower curtain. Never had sheets changed in rooms nor ever left enough towels. Hotel staff started weed eating/mowing at 7AM.. When we booked our room it stated ocean front however we were NOT right on the beach and our rooms did not even face the beach. There were baseball college teams that were constantly running the balcony at midnight. You had to be careful stepping out and not getting ran over. Would have called front desk but the front desk# wasn't working. The hot tub was very dirty. The pool wasn't very warm but bare able, Mambos (the bar) was good when they were opened. Not a long walk to the beach but enough that I wouldn't take your grandma!

I don't even know where to begin, our first room was unacceptable had a huge gap/hole in the door, in the bathroom it looks like they painted the bathtub and was chipping away, mold on the ceiling and in the shower room and rusted spots all over the room where electrical stuff was. Our second room was below average, boxspring old bed, made noises every time you moved, The view looked out over dumpsters in the parking lot, didn't feel over safe and room telephone never seem to work, The room still had rust on the electrical parts in the room and looked like they have been painting over mold in the walls and ceiling. The staff was super friendly and mambos was good. The facility has lots of potential but extremely rundown.

The hotel is old and rundown. It's dirty and old linens. The sheets were dirty when we arrived. The beds were so uncomfortable. It's also very noisy. The shower couldn't sustain warm water.

No breakfast but it said online that breakfast included. The room didn't even look closed to the photos online. The ocean front was dirty and lots of seaweeds. The staffs were okay, we didn't encounter with them much. Just when check in and check out only. It's a bigger hotels and the room cost is too expensive

I do not believe there are any rooms with an ocean view as there are at least two buildings between this place and the ocean. It is a short walk to the beach though. The room was in poor condition - the toilet ran frequently, especially when water was run from any surround room. The room was in need desperate need of updating - carpet warn in spots to the cement, toilet seat was broken, pillows were too small. Not much noise privacy between rooms - you could hear more than you wanted to - rooms were joined at the bathroom. It was clean though and would be an okay place to stay if looking for a Cocoa Beach bargain.

Awesome hotel. Not what I expected but it was really good for the price I got on Orbitz. Would deff come back.

Stayed four nights - Saturday thru Wednesday. Hotel was packed over the weekend. Lots of folks focused on their families and the beach. Great Tiki style restaurant/bar. Great access to the beach - stunning beach. Nice amenities - two restaurants, two pools, game room. Great location - I would stay there again.

We stayed in the hotel after we disembarked from a cruise. We were pleasantly surprised that it was so close to the beach. Our room was spacious and very clean.

Checked in and went directly for food at Mambos. Food and drinks were ok but expensive. Went to our room and was horrified. Shower walls looked like mold got behind tiles, fell off but were put back on mold & all. I went to front desk to swith rooms but nothing was available until next day. Debated on leaving but were beat from the day at universal. Next day we switched to a room with ocean view. Room was the same. Gross. Beds were worse and smaller. Before we checked out monday and went to their buffet. It was ok but had to pay $3 extra for milk. Milk was not included in $12.95 buffet price!!!!LOL! The lady at front desk gave us a small discount on our stay but we wont be back.
