Publix is right next door. Closes 10pm weekdays. Picked up store made dinners. Microwave in room and ate the dinners in the lobby as a family in dining area of lobby. They offered transfers to the cruise port for $8/pp, scheduled for noon with the port 10 minutes away. Only had 2 sets of towels, needed to ask for 2 more. Elevator out of order and walked up to 3rd floor with all our luggages. Alejandro at the front desk is very kind. Too busy for just one person at desk, and all other requests by guests. Coffee, hot water, hot chocolate available 24 hours lobby. Pool closes 11pm. It was ok for what we needed it for; a close and convenient place to stay a day earlier prior our cruise departure. An hour away from Orlando International Airport. We used Lyft. Breakfast is included, great for my kids.

Was discriminated against because we live in Brevard County and we were told that you don’t allow local people to stay at your hotel. Straight discrimination and lack of respect for local residents having a nice night’s getaway

Front desk staff was very helpful. We were here for the weekend of the Artemis 1 launch that was eventually scrubbed. Breakfast was very crowded but had a decent variety.

Cleanliness was the best part of everything. Was away with my husband and ran in to no problems.

Breakfast was not good. Bathroom faucet broken. Staff friendly

Nice location, close beach and restaurants. Good breakfast.

I tried to cancel this reservation since the baby in our party had a medical appointment changed with 2 days notice. Holiday Inn refused to cancel. BEWARE of making reservations with this property!!!!

Needs some updating in the bathrooms. Employees were all courteous & attentive to our needs.

It was a good experience was clean and rooms were decent definitely staying the on my next visit to Cocoa Beach

Girl at the front desk was rude and annoyed. We were placed next to a room full of spring break kids. We awakened out of a sound sleep at 4 a.m to noise from the room next door. There was a weird object in the toilet bowl. We were told it was some sort of material used to fix a crack in the toilet bowl. The toilet was not anchored. When the toilet was used, the next morning, the whole toilet tipped off the foundation. The room smelled like sewage. Terrible terrible experience. We left exhausted!!

Placed next to a very loud group of spring break people. Awaken out of a sound sleep at 4am. Toilet had some sort of object in the bowl which looked weird. it looked like a Neutrogena facial bar. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told it was some sort of glue to fix a crack. toilet was not bolted to the floor. Tilted off the floor when my husband stood up. Seal was broken. There was a sewage smell shortly thereafter. Girl at front desk at did distracted and annoyed. Lobby full of barefoot and shirtless kids. awful awful never again

Good value, clean, friendly staff, near the center of Cocoa Beach

Hotle was very nice, clean. Pool/hot tub very nice and clean. Pool is outdoor but underroof which is nice to get out of the heat/sun. Rooms nice features and clean. Convenient to beach (a couple of blocks away) & restaurants, easy walking distance. Breakfast was not great, made wife ill one morning. Would recommend though.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They even suggested a great spot for me to park my motorcycle under cover since it was raining.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites of COcoa Beach was just the right place for my weekend getaway. A block from the beach and good food. The staff was excellent! There was a situation where a friend of mine had to be dropped off and added to my room and the front desk clerk made it quick and simple to meet the requirements to have an additional person. Overall a great stay.

Thank God, we were there only one night, and it was the last night of our vacation. Could not have been more than that. Our tub wouldn't drain, the phone never worked. They must not do a very good job of cleaning of the rooms cause someones boots were under the bed from who knows how long ago. Any hotel that is patroled by police all night as an off-duty job... is dangerous. I will say we were very close to universal and that was the whole purpose of our trip and the price couldn't be beat. But now that I know the area will stay elsewhere next time.
