Fantastic hotel in central Spa, ideal for the town square and access to the Thermes. We had a room in the annex which also meant quiet evenings in the private garden. The bed and bathroom were amazing.

At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day). One does need to be able to negotiate stairs regardless of the room, just to get to the lobby, but there is an elevator once you make it to the lobby. Other than the rude non-response to the e-mails, a pleasant stay.

A wonderful hotel and packed with character. Our suite was literally a complete house! 2 floors, beautiful patio with glass doors overlooking a lawn area. The breakfast room was stunning. Like dining in the Louvre! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel as a base for watching racing at Spa. From the time you arrive onto the gravel drive, this hotel promotes quality. Very comfortable, friendly staff and beautiful interior

Spa Hotel

Absolutely fabulous break, we stayed in the Annex with friends which is basically a fully refurbished house at the side of the hotel. Great parking secure area for your own car.

Pillows were very hard. We also showed up at 1:30 in the afternoon hoping to drop our luggage off since it was before check in. Door was locked and a sign said they were gone for a few hours every afternoon 4 days a week. Would have been nice to get an email stating this. We had to lug our suitcases around for 2 hours. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Hotel La Villa des Fleurs is a gorgeous property; beautiful terrace and back garden and lovely decor. We enjoyed an abundant breakfast with wonderful coffees. The location is a short walk from the train and a shorter walk to the main square with restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful stay.

Loved this hotel it's a really grand building set in the centre of Spa, very clean, the staff were amazing and so was the breakfast. Will stay here again next time I visit Spa

Nice property. Nice staff but our check in said it could happen at 3 but they were not open until 3:30. Beautiful. No A/C if that is important to you or depending on the time of the year. Good location. Great city. LARGE rooms. Well appointed. Sitting area in room. Large bath with great shower.
