The hole complex and the rooms are much smaler

The rooms doesnt have anything common with the pictures. They have very good fotographer. We canceled our stay there on the second day.

Vor dem Hotel wird man gleich mit einem üblen Gestank aus der Kanalisation begrüßt. Danach fängt das Theater mit der Parkplatzzuweisung an. An der Rezeption erhält man einen Schlüssel für den Parkplatz. Vor den Parkplätzen hängen Ketten, die mit einem Schloss gesichert sind. Ich musste drei Mal zurück an die Rezeption, da der erste zugewiesene Parkplatz belegt war. Bei dem zweiten passte der Schlüssel nicht zum Schloss. Beim dritten war die Kette durchgerissen und es parkte wieder ein anderes Auto darauf. Das Bad wurde während der gesamten Woche nicht geputzt, auch nicht der Boden im Zimmer. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass der Gast selbst mit dem dreckigen Feger, der voller fremder Haare bereits bei der Anreise war, sauber macht. Das Schlafsofa ist zum Schlafen nicht geeignet, da die sogenannte Matratze sehr dünn ist. Da hätte man gleich ein Feldbett reinstellen können. Nach der Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde jedoch noch eine zweite dünne Matratze draufgelegt. Der Safe befindet sich hinter der Rezeption, direkt neben dem Mülleimer und kostet 10 Lew pro Tag. Darauf ist man auch nicht vorbereitet. Man geht ja üblicherweise davon aus, dass ein Safe im Zimmer vorhanden ist. Hier muss man seine Wertsachen draußen lassen, dieser ist auch so klein, dass kein Laptop oder Fotokamera reinpassen. Am Pool befindet sich eine Toilette. Beim entsprechenden Waschbecken ist die Wassereinstellung vertauscht worden, d.h. dreht man zu blau kommt kochend heißes Wasser und umgekehrt. Darum
