Good value for money, staff very helpful and buses nearby for Sozopol and Bourgas. Would definitely use accommodation again

Bonjour un accueil inacceptable à nous d’air d’attendre pendant 20 min avant de nous annoncer une soit disant fuite de Clim rendant la chambre non utilisable Propose une solution dans l hôtel d à côté avec pour la seconde nuit dormir à trois adultes dans une chambre double avec un petit matelas par terre Ai contacté le soir même le service client de votre site mais pas eu de retour le soir ni le lendemain matin Votre site m a propose une chambre pour la seconde nuit à 40 km de la ville et ai donc du trouver par moi même une autre chambre sur la région à un prix bien plus élevé Très déçu par le service client de Hôtel.com pour les solutions proposées L hôtel ATM nous a offert en dédommagement le repas du soir
