Enjoyed sitting on boat talking with people walking by with kids or dogs. Liked the welcome packages and all linens were high quality especially for a boat! Access once on the boat was easy though a more complete explanation about the cover and combo would have been helpful for anyone not familiar with boat coverings and locks.

Couldn't have been better! Nice docking space. They describe a decent birth which is as advertised. There's a second birth not advertised which is better than the first - a major good surprise. Refrigerator was cold. Some cute touches. Some lights need bulbs. Wonderful restaurant convenient to boat slip (limited menu but yummy, hip food with nice people & fun drinks at bar. Had to go door to door till we found someone to help us cuz our cell service was limited & directions came late. Also, no directions to operate toilet.

This is a very unique property and we were delighted to discover that it was available during our stay in Southwest Harbor. The marina is conveniently located within easy walking distance of town. The marina and the boat were both very easy to locate and access. The marina staff and other boat owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in/check-out procedures went flawlessly. We have stayed at other properties in the general area, but this was by far our favorite. We would definitely stay again.
What an amazing experience! I would recommend anyone doing this. The boat is just the right size for 2 people wanting to get away, relax and enjoy all that Maine has to offer! The Marina staff are wonderful as well! There are pots for lobsters, clams and even crabs that they let you use along with grills as well! Being from Maine, I can tell you this was an experience of a lifetime!

When on the coast of Maine, stay on a boat! The boat, the marina, and Southwest Harbor were all wonderful and made the weekend that much more special. Property management and the marina staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The boat was clean and has all the basics. Check in and out was easy. We will stay here again when we come back.

Great option instead of Hotel
I saw this boat and had to stay. It didnt disappoint. The cabin is a bit small, but the outdoor deck more than makes up for it. Take the opportunity to gaze at the stars at night.

First time in Maine
We enjoyed our two-night stay on the boat at Southwest. My husband was a little tall at 6’2”, but our two Boston Terriers and myself were fine.
There was a lovely outdoor seating are where we spent most of our time. Sleeping was very cozy in the cabin.
