Great location, close to the Pinehurst village. Very quiet rooms and they were spacious and comfortable. Only negative was I found internet to be a bit slow (as I was there for work).

Very close to the wedding venue. Staff was friendly and handled the crowd efficiently. We all arrived at once so it was a little hectic. Overall I would stay at this property again.

Very friendly staff! Room and hotel are very clean.

The fruit salad was amazing! The pineapple was so ripe and delicious!

Homewood Suites at Olmstead Village has become my go-to while in Pinehurst. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms are beginning to show age but I have never had a problem with cleanliness or the functionality of anything in the room. It is conveniently located near restaurants, a gas station, and a very good 24 hour grocery store.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 1 night. I needed to move my reservation forward 1 night due to heavy snow and travel restrictions on the interstates, which the hotel agreed to which is a plus for the hotel. Ended up with a handicapped room, which I didn't request which is a negative. The carpet in the room was worn, appliances like stove and refrigerator looked well used and missing front floor panels. The room was clean and furniture in good shape. The staff was great and the breakfast bar was quite good considering what I've experienced at other hotels. Overall, not great, but not that bad either.

The experience once again was excellent, conveniently located to all of Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Hotel is clean and the folks working are always friendly.

The experience was excellent from the beginning, the room and suite were great for our short stay the kitchen area was an added bonus and allowed greater flexibility for the short stay. The convenience to walk to either a Harris Teeter or Lowes Groceries was a nice amenity. Close to golf and Pinehurst village. Definitely an option for an extended stay in Pinehurst.

Everyone at the hotel is friendly nice place to stay. Feels like home.

We stayed at this hotel previously, and think they do a pretty good job. With this visit, most of the amenities offered in the evening were not available because of the holiday - but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was always very helpful and responsive.

Management at this property is over their head. There are 100 rooms here. I believe they were full with families with kids, i.e., lots of folks for breakfast. Most days the hotel had two staff working breakfast. They tried but couldn't keep up. Consistantly ran out of fruit, waffle batter, bread for toast, sometimes plates (went to plastic) dirty dishes and trash built up on many days. The last couple of days they brought in an additional staff member and that made all the difference. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay. Once for about 30 minutes at 4am. All guests were out in the parking lot with all of the emergency vehicles. Seems the staff didn't know how to disarm the system once it had been set off. I have laundry, shirts and shorts, that is still missing. It was placed in the hotel's system with 3 days left before our departure. This type of laundry is sent out of the hotel but no one is assigned or responsible for seeing to it that it comes back! I left on Sunday without it but with a promise that they would ship it to me at their expense - we'll see. Our 3rd floor windows, exterior, had not been cleaned in months - some glass so cloudy and dirty that it was difficult to see through. As I said in the beginning, Management here is over their heads..

Great place to stay with kids. Need more room at the breakfast buffet.

I booked 2 rooms and were able to get them across the hall from each other. They were very clean and were a good size. One in our group of 12 is in a wheelchair and had no problem maneuvering inside the room. The breakfast was nice but both mornings we had to wait for food to be brought out and the food area was too small. I understand that it is nice to use real plates and silverware but it would be more efficient to use paper products to eliminate the wait for clean dishes.
