A great location but putting customer service behind the bar was unfortunate. The bar/wait staff/check in help all were very overworked. I hated bothering them with a question that really needed answering.

It was ok. Had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. When I asked for more and some wash cloths I was told they don’t provide them but I can go ‘over there and buy some’. We were handed 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. Stark. No luxury, if that’s what you’re looking for go somewhere else.

From the staff at the restaurant / bar to the staff assistance when I couldn’t do the automated checkin (Expedia reservations / non-UK addresses don’t line up with their system), you could tell that they wanted you to be delighted with your stay.
