Your Own Island Paradise in this very spacious condo with elevated ceilings!

This spacious one bedroom condo is just walking distance from great restaurants and excellent shopping. This lovely one bedroom has a king size bed and you get a full size roll away bed that accommodates 2. A 50” flat screen T.V. in the bedroom. This bathroom has a granite vanity top, custom cabinet with plenty of storage, tiled bath and shower combo. Stacked washer/dryer provided! Kitchen has spacious custom cabinets with granite counter-tops and marble tile back splash. All appliances are stainless steel with a fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig that uses pods and has a coffee pot, a toaster and blender. This accommodation is equipped with all necessities in cookware, bake ware, glassware, dishware and cutlery. An added convenience is a desk area with USB outlet! The living room is furnished with a leather sofa sectional and a 55” flat screen T. V. An amazing view of the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the large balcony, with plenty of seating. There is access to your own balcony from the bedroom and living room area.
There is a 3 night minimum stay required in this condo..

We are a pet free condo for the benefit of people with allergies.

Outdoor gas grills are provided on the first floor of the building. Tennis courts, ping pong tables, racket ball courts, and exercise room are available.

ALL MARCH, SEMANA SANTA, EASTER and the 4th of July rentals which have any occupants under the age of 25 MUST have in residence a parent or custodial guardian for the entire rental period. Also the renter should be 25 years or older. Easter has a 4 night minimum. The 4th of July has a minimum 3 night stay.

In the OFF SEASON, if it is a LAST MINUTE GET-A-WAY this weekend, let us know we can offer a Seasonal Discount!

Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy. Owner is not required to refund any deposit or the Property Use Fee unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” for South Padre Island. In the event of a cancellation due to tropical storm or hurricane warning, Owner will refund any unused portion of currently registered User’s Property Use Fee.

We arrived with all instructions in our email. The host was excellent in his communication by email, app and even personal text. We felt welcomed and the condo was very clean. It was quiet, the space felt large and airy and allows in a lot of natural light. The bed is comfortable, which is also a huge plus! Location is great too.

Great Vacation

The place was very clean and quiet, kitchen very well stocked and comfortable bed/furniture. I do wish there had been a better view of the gulf and that the patio had more privacy. One end of the patio is glass and connected to a public space with high traffic. The parking was challenging (obviously not the owner's fault). The bedroom wall is all glass so it is very bright and no room darkening shades. We purchased sleep masks after night one and that fixed the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for our weekend beach trip! Check in was easy and seamless and the condo was just as the pictures show. What an amazing time we had in South Padre Island. THANK YOU both Jamie and Olga for sharing your BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING condo with us. Our stay was truly AMAZING and the attentiveness that you both gave us from the check in to the send off was second to none. The condo was stocked with everything and more and it really made us feel like we were at home. The tapestry of the cool and relaxing atmosphere made ending our nights just as pleasurable as the Island itself. I can't say enough about the support you gave with places to eat and things to see. THANK YOU is too small but it truly carries a heartfelt vibe. I promise you when we return, we will look for you again.

Getaway

We had never been to South Padre, I was a bit Leary about being so far away from home not knowing the area. Once we arrived we felt at lease and the place was beautiful and very clean. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals except a cheese grater but we managed lol. The bed was very comfortable and big. Bathroom was very clean. We had a great view from our balcony of the pool area. The heated pool was fantastic, and the beach was walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy plus we were close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Relaxing in paradise

Beautiful condominium with easy access on the second floor. The bed was very comfortable, excellent TV, channel package, perfect kitchen, well equipped for cooking or warming up leftovers. Huge covered patio with a nice view of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. The hosts were very helpful and made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

Excellent in Every Way

This is a stylish and quite nice condo on the beach in S Padre. It is well equipped and it is well run and maintained by its owners. The owners were quite helpful and very professional arranging everything ahead of time. They also checked in to see if everything was well and of course it was. It was a busy summer weekend overall in SPI but this condo made it just right for our stay. For a couple this is perfect. Sometimes it might take a trip to somewhere to find where you like it and want to stay, but we found it here and we will certainly be back and stay here again. Thank you very much.
