Minimum Stay Requirements:
June, July, August: 3-night minimum
After Labor Day: 2-night minimum

Spring Break & Easter Restrictions:
Rentals limited to families only (must have same last name)

Sapphire Condominium Rules:
Damaged or missing items will be billed to the renter.
No animals are allowed on the premises to renters, including service animals. This is enforced by the Sapphire Board. Violators will not be allowed to check in or will be removed without a refund.
No smoking on the premises.
No Glass in Pool Area. Drinks must be in plastic or metal containers.
