When I arrived, I was solo and meeting a friend of mine from the area. I was to receive two parking passes in the welcome packet but was only one was given. The phone calls and hours of trying to secure a safe no tow zone parking was horrendous. The shades on the patio door were damaged and did not work ascetically or properly. The access to the beach and location of the condo for surrounding play time was great. Pools were as warm as a hot tub, I'm sure it was due to the warm and inviting sun. The upstairs neighbor moved heavy furniture into the wee hours of the night and morning and kept me up way past my bedtime, Other than these problems, Parking the big one, I managed to have a pretty good time. I would recommend this place due to the Price line, and the location.
