Excellent Property!

This condo was just as described in the listing. The owner was very responsive to all of my communication. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay in addition to being very clean which I definitely appreciate. We will stay again on our next trip to South Padre!

Great Stay

Wonderful place to stay and having the beach walk-out was perfect. The pool was clean too! The grill is charcoal and you need to bring your own charcoal. There are no grill tools, just a heads up if you are planning to grill a meal! Would definitely stay here again!

Sunshine and great views

Overall a great place to stay. The view of the sunrises was outstanding. Tons of natural light was a boost for your mood. Minor annoyances. The two back bedrooms have a frosted window to interior halls. One was with a very light shade that could not keep out the very.bright light from an interior hall. That same bedroom had very thin bamboo/polyester sheets that were not comfortable. Overall the unit was clean except for some cookie crumbs left on the kitchen counter, and a couple of throw rugs that still contained a good amount of sand. Details on a pricey unit are important. Would stay here again

Amazing Condo and on point VRBO owner! but,

I can't stress enough how awesome this condo was, the view amazing, the VRBO owner amazing, and the amenities amazing. The only, and I mean the only reason this stay did not get my 5 stars overall was the flooded walkway to the beach. Knee deep putrid water, mosquitos, and inaccessibly for children and elder parents made it impossible for fun on the beach. Love my VRBO owner, just not thrilled with the property manager.

Home Away from Home

Just a short walk to the beautiful shoreline, our condo, on the 5th floor, offered a breathtaking view of the South Padre Island coastal landscape. There was plenty of space for our family to come together for meals and hangout time, but also provided secluded spaces when solitude was desired. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils needed to prepare delicious home cooked meals. However, if exploring the local cuisine was preferred, the property was close to all the island had to offer. Some of the beach items offered for use needed attention, specifically, the beach umbrella that was on hand was broken when we went to use it, but other than that, everything a family might want to enjoy their time at the beach was readily available. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was definitely a plus. When we informed the management that we needed an iron to prepare our clothes for a wedding, Ms. Weiss promptly responded and provided what we needed. The pool and hot tub on property were always clean, and we enjoyed spending time playing and connecting with other families there. Workout equipment on property would have been ideal. The staff at the property, especially David, were outgoing, friendly, and helpful. We can all say that our stay exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning sometime in the not so distant future:)

Summertime: the beach livin’s easy

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time!!! The condo was exactly as pictured with the view being the show stopper. We didn’t know we’d be there for the space x launch so what an incredible surprise. Also fighter jets flying by one day and we watched a wedding on the beach, all from the balcony. We liked that it wasn’t a crowded beach area and that it’s a gated community. We would definitely stay here again, 10/10

Family retreat.

Lovely place to stay to meet up with family. Elevator went out a few times but Chad, up in the front office, was on it every time and would have it up and running within minutes. Friendly staff around the complex. Condo had everything we needed. Most importantly, we got to see our grandchildren and spend quality time with them.

Beautifully renovated 5th floor oceanfront condo! 3 huge bedrooms (wonderful mattresses), 2 bath, modern kitchen with everything you need! Owner was very responsive! We will stay here again!

Great Place

This condo was clean, pretty, and right on the beach, which are all must-haves for us, along with a pool and a jacuzzi, also must-haves. It was a little smaller than we are used to, but great for togetherness, and large enough for everyone in our party of six adults to have some space. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. I would have liked for more places to have been in walking distance, but since the weather was too hot to do much away from the water, it was fine. Walmart was near but farther away than we wanted to travel, but turns out the local Dollar General had most of what we needed anyway. We chose South Padre Island because of the central location between Tennessee and California, where our family would be coming from, and I think everyone enjoyed their stay. Overall, most of our boxes were checked at Sea Vista #505, and we would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to the area.

The shades in the living area & master bedroom need to be darker to keep out the heat and in the morning as the sun rises. The floors need to be cleaned better as there was black hair. Just a few things, over all the place was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views!!

I 10/10 recommend this property! The condo had plenty of room for everyone. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice updated bathrooms. The walk to the beach is much shorter than other places on the island. The pool was nice for our little one to swim in. The view of the ocean is beautiful from the condo! I have nothing but good things to say about this property!

Family Vacation

We had an incredible time on our trip. This was a great place to stay, with awesome beach access. All the rooms were very clean, and the kitchen has every thing you need. The kids really enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. My wife and enjoyed the spacious layout that allowed everyone to relax without being crowded.

Summer Vacation July 4th

Property exactly matches description in listing. Great location, not too crowded at the beach, and not too close to the water park where you can hear any noise. Being at the entrance to the island allows you to avoid a lot of the traffic that happens on the main road everytime you want to go out. Condo has everything you can need for the beach, and owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to SPI!
