Your perfect beach vacation awaits you in our spacious remodeled beachfront 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca. (Formerly Schlitterbahn Water Park) The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, free secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our condo is located on the 2nd. floor with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet…beyond you there is nothing but dunes, sand and sea. The living/dining area as well as the master suite have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows with the most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine waking up each morning after a restful night of sleep to a magnificent unobstructed Texas sunrise…it just doesn’t get any better than that!!! This same view can be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing that gourmet meal. Take a moment to relax on the spacious balcony while sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the gentle gulf breezes while watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. The beachfront master suite has a king size bed, a closet and a large flat screen TV. The en-suite has a walk-in tiled shower and a quartz countertop vanity. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, a large closet, a sitting area and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a large flat screen TV. These two guest bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a tiled tub/shower combination and quartz countertop. The bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The fully equipped kitchen has a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, herbs and spices as well as several other small kitchen appliances including a crock pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster and a drip style/pod style coffee maker. There is comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table plus additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started. To add to your vacation pleasure, there are 4 large flat screen TVs with Spectrum cable and free password protected WiFi. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans…1 in each bedroom plus the living area. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry products is provided. For your beach time enjoyment, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a couple of boogie boards and some sand toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good locally owned restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin watch boat rides leave from the pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your beach vacation.

We enjoyed the condo and found it in great shape. Appreciate all the necessities and suggestions.We had to use a wrench to open back door and wasn’t aware of the beach supplies until second to last day there. Possibly adding to book or directions would help future guests. I apologize, we forgot to start the dishwasher before we left. Thank you!

Awesome view!

Our family stayed here for 5 days. This place is very spacious and private. I loved the fact we had the beach view for us to enjoy. Having a balcony was a plus! We could even see the fireworks displayed at night. From the master suite, you can marvel at the sight of the beautiful ocean. The owners are always available and very courteous. We can’t wait for next summer to return to this magnificent place. The fact that the beach is practically at your feet is perfect!

July vacation stay

Our experience was quite pleasant, with the location being a standout feature. Situated in a prime spot, it offered convenient access to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The check-in process was a breeze, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. The condo was spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. Comfortable furniture and a cozy atmosphere ensured a restful stay. The kitchen was adequately equipped with essential appliances and utensils, making it convenient for preparing breakfast meals. However, a few cleanliness issues detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, hair strands were found in the master tub, and the toilet's base needed to be cleaned in both bathrooms. Additionally, the handles on the sinks appeared not to have been wiped down thoroughly, and the bathroom mirror was noticeably dusty, as were the table in the second bedroom and lamps in the non-master bedrooms. Furthermore, the linens did not have the fresh scent I typically associate with freshly washed bedding, and the kitchen towels had a slight moldy odor. The floors in the kitchen and hallways also could have used a more thorough mopping. We are confident the outlined concerns will be addressed to ensure a welcoming stay for future visitors. Despite these cleanliness issues, the overall experience was positive and relaxing. The comfortable accommodations and location primarily made up for these shortcomings. We are grateful for a relaxing and fun vacation. Thank you!

40th Birthday Getaway

We found this place for us and 4 other adults. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable! Location was perfect and the beach access was a very short walk. They had everything we needed for a day on the beach. We enjoyed cooking in the condo a few nights. Loved the picture windows that faced the beach! A/C worked great and the pool was an added bonus!!!

Perfect location for 3 teenage girls who just graduated high school and are headed to college one 8 year old boy who unfortunately broke his tibia just before vacation his parents (40s) and 76 year old grandparents. Very comfortable for all of us loved the pool and proximity to the beach

Great Family Vacation

Stop Scrolling!! You will not regret booking this property. The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was clean, roomy and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some of our meals. The location to the beach was awesome - just a short walk which was great since we had 2 little ones with us. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and beach toys were available for our use. This condo is toward the end of the island and the beach was not very crowded even though it was the weekend. The pool was also nice and we spent a fair amount of time in the pool. If we return to SPI, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo!!

Brought our daughter and her BF to SPI to celebrate her college graduation. We wanted a place we could enjoy family time as well as time on the beach. This was the perfect place! Well stocked Condo, super easy beach access and close to the excursions the “kids” wanted to do. We will def look at staying here again.

The bedrooms are spacious and the condo is clean and well maintained. Loved having a washer and dryer. The building in general is well kept. It is right on the beach and is located at the end of island which meant the beach wasn’t as crowded. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this condo again.

Totally amazing! This was our second trip to SPI – and the second consecutive year we were in SeaVista. This year we reserved this larger #205 condo, which had a beach front view. This was THE absolute perfect condo and vacation! Besides amazing amenities – i.e. - fully stocked kitchen, as well as beach chairs/toys/towels, amazing décor, and everything you can think of, the beach view and location is truly thumbs up. So very relaxing and refreshing to wake up and see the morning sunrise and hear the waves right off your main balcony! As stated, the condo was fully stocked with all essentials; all you need is your food and drinks and you are ready to rock and roll. A quick elevator trip down to the lobby and then a 3-5 minute walk on the boardwalk puts you right at the beach – ready to have fun in the sun. SeaVista is at the far south end of the beach, and so there is very little traffic; always ample room to set up for the day - with room to spare. Lastly, Mark and Becky are exceptional hosts – always available via messaging in the app. Last year when my umbrella broke in a gusty wind, the she had a new one sitting at our front step the next day; this year when we had an issue with a beach chair, she had replacement waiting for us in the closet the next day. Truly an A+++ experience!! We will be back again next year!!!!! Thanks Mark and Becky for everything!! See you soon!!

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo was PERFECT for our family! The perfect size to accommodate my family (6 adults) with a bunk bed for the littles (huge hit). The condo was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were perfect for us (a bathtub for the littles and a fantastic shower in the master). The view was, dare I say it ... PERFECT! The proximity to the beach ... also perfect! Becky was the perfect hostess. Any question I had she was glad to help and easy to talk to and quick to respond. Thank you for opening your home to us! What we needed!

A beautiful beachfront condo that suited my family (one handicapped) perfectly. The kids each had their own bed and the adults their own space. We were able to enjoy breakfast inside with an amazing view of the beach. The weather was also on our side, and I can speak wonders about our hosts, the checked in on us and made sure we felt at home and walked us through the procedures (for storm), local discounts, and places to enjoy. The property itself was great, the pool was always impeccable and ready for use. We can’t wait to plan our next stay!

Great views to wake up to

Coming with a family of 6 we were hesitant of staying here because we like our own space and space for the kids to be loud if they so choose. This place has now made our top list to come back to when we come back to SPI. It was spacious and with the kids being themselves and no complaints. The view was amazing as well, and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Becky for allowing us to stay here as we plan on returning in the future.
