* This stunning 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers breathtaking views and can accommodate up to 4  guests. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-size bed  with private bath room and vanity.    Guest bedroom has queen bed with full size top bunk.   Whether you start your day with a morning  beverage or end it with a favorite tottie on the private patio overlooking the shores of the  Gulf of Mexico (luxurious seating for 4) complete with a Blackstone Grill for your use.   

* Guests can enjoy modern furnishings, plush bedding, fully stocked kitchen (Air fryer, Pampered Chef Quick Cooker, Keurig and conventional coffee maker, toaster, blender, Juicer,  Sonic Ice machine, Margarita machine and numerous pots/ pans with a plethoria of cooking utensils) stackable washer & dryer, cable TV, and WIFI during their stay. 

* A true highlight of this resort is the 2 beautiful pools (beachside and interior with hot tub) complete with Lounge chairs and umbrellas.    The private wooden beach access complete with shower and personal Individual beach chair and umbrella daily set up makes your beach time even more luxurious. (additional fees may apply). 

* Each bedroom as well as living room has their own TV to accommodate all guests.  

* The gated complex offers assigned covered secure parking and onsite security for guests to enjoy.

* We offer this "family oriented"  style stay for 35 yr+ families and strictly enforce these guidelines.   Any outside of this guideline may result in eviction with no refund. 

* This unit is offered for 30+ day rental and longer when discussed with owners.  Personal rental agreement will be completed after booking.
