The fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops, makes preparing meals easy, while the breakfast bar keeps the space open for conversation. When it's time to dine al fresco, fire up the shared gas grill and enjoy a fun cookout by the pool. This condo offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway, combining comfort, convenience, and the beauty of beachside living.

This home is located just a short walk from the beach and the waters of the Gulf. There are many activities on the island to keep you busy such as Island Cinema, Padre Island Brewery, or Sea Turtle, Inc. Take a drive South Padre Blvd where you will find many local restaurants and souvenir shops along the way. If you brought the kids along, Gravity Park and Beach Park At Isla Blanca both offer endless amusement within three miles of your front door.

Things to know:
The City of South Padre Island is having Construction on Lantana St. that may cause dust, loud noise, or no entry to the street* This will begin on or around April 29. We do not have an end date for construction.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
