Perfectly clean, comfy beds all around. The beach was literally across the street and we absolutely made use of the wagon that was provided for us. We did arrive 10 minutes before our check-in time so were unable to get the code on the door to work, but we called the manager and let her know and she came immediately over to unlock it for us. the pool and hot tub were also fantastic.

The whole property was wonderful.From the furnishings inside the condo (beds, couch, outdoor seating) and the chairs around the pool were very comfy and were not worn in/out at all.We had one minor issue with the TV outside (oh the horror.....kidding of course) and it was resolved within an hour.The pool, beach items/equipment were all top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be looking at booking again in the future with other family members it was that nice. Thanks for everything!!!

Be sure to wake up early one day and take the short walk across the street to see a beautiful sunrise.

This was our second year staying at Athena Ares. Everything was exactly as last year, so we were very happy about that. The property is very clean and well maintained. Management was quick to respond when contacted. We spent lots of time by the pool. There is a new gas grill, which we used frequently. There are several beach accesses right across the street. This condo is in a quiet location. We enjoyed some new dining options on the island. We also found some new local musicians to enjoy! We definitely plan to visit South Padre Island in the future!

We rented 4 units for ourselves and the families of our three daughters. The condos were well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The pool and patio area were great for getting everyone together for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Business trip
