Casa Mezquite-4bd/4ba Paradise-Walk to the Beach

This charming 2 story home consists of 2 identical units where one is located upstairs and one is downstairs. In total, this building has 4-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms and is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. The home has large flat LED screen TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas as well as fully equipped kitchens and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedrooms and two queen size beds in Bedroom #2. The Master Bedrooms have a flat screen LED TVs and ceiling fans and there is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer conveniently located both upstairs and downstairs. A French style door connects you with the wonderful and tropical patio, featuring a huge swimming pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property and free parking for up to five vehicles. The property is pet friendly for house trained pets (pet fee/per pet required - 3 pets max)

The wonderful South Padre Island beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
