Casa Caracol - Pool - Walk to the Beach, WiFi

This charming home consists of (3) condo units all within the same building with an incredible private pool.

All (3) units consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 6bd/6ba on the property. Units A and B are located on the 2nd floor with the respective primary bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Unit C is an entirely ground floor unit.

Maximum occupancy for the building is 18 guests!

There are patio chairs on the balconies and in the pool area. There is also a portable charcoal grill, and a round concrete table and benches, with a beach umbrella to enjoy an outdoor BBQ with a cold beverage.

The wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away. It is about one block from the public beach access. The property is just a few steps away from Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance to several very good, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites!

Enjoy the vast cuisine selection in SPI, or cook your own meals. The kitchen has most of the basics, but if you like to cook, please bring your favorite spices. Bath towels and one set of linens per bed are provided. You also get a startup-kit with some essentials, but we recommend you bring beach gear, including towels, additional everyday supplies and personal toiletries!

House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(4 max) usually $59 per pet. If not included in the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked. Notes:

The garages are NOT included with the rental. Swimming pool is not heated This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
