Welcome to Texas tropical paradise.
This nicely redecorated 2nd floor 1BR 1 bath condo with a beachfront balcony is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time at South Padre. From the balcony you feel like you are sitting right on the beach. We have high speed WIFI, a 50" & Spectrum cable with Showtime. King bedroom, queen sofa sleeper and a full roll away hidden in a cabinet in the living area will each sleep two comfortably. The kitchen is supplied with all the things you need to prepare meals during your stay. You'll sleep well on the new king mattress with comfy cotton sheets. There is a 40" TV & DVD in the bedroom. The condo is stocked with lots of towels and even beach towels.
To help you pack light we furnish beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and a small ice chest to take to the beach. We want you to have everything to enjoy your SPI beach vacation! The beach is a short walk through the pool area and across the boardwalk. We have a shower station for you upon your return from the beach. You can rinse off, rinse off your beach equipment and have it ready to go for your next beach day.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
