Beachside Paradise Pool, Spa, Fire pit, Game room

Half a block from the beach, our home offers incredible amenities. Outdoors you will find a heated pool with a Dakota waterfall, a hot tub, bbq grill, fire pit, loungers, and outdoor shower. We have two balconies and a hammock. The fun doesn’t stop there. Inside the house is extremely spacious and includes a game room, living room with an oversized couch, huge dining table, several secluded hangout areas throughout the house and 3 big screen TVs. Rules
- No smoking inside the house
- The guest will be responsible for any fines or citations due to violation of city rules
- Please close outdoor umbrellas when not using, so they are not blown away by the wind
- Neighborhood quiet hours are from 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday, midnight-7am Friday-Saturday
- Video surveillance outside of the house, there are no cameras inside
- Pets are welcome, but they must be potty trained and any accidents must be immediately cleaned as this could leave a permanent stain and/or smell in the house. Pets left alone in the house must be crated. A pet fee will also be charged (see below under "fees")
-Pool Cleaners come every Tuesday and Thursday
- Cleanup: guests are required to wash all the dishes, remove all the garbage from the house and place it into garbage cans in front of the house.

Fees:
- Cleaning fee is $495 for the entire stay. This is used to pay the cleaners a living wage and includes cleaning services such as vacuuming, change of linens and towels. Guests must wash their own dishes and dispose of all garbage into the cans in front of the house. Our cleaning staff charge an additional $20 for each bag of garbage as well as $100+ for a deep cleaning for particularly messy houses.
--Pet fee: $40/day for first pet and $20/day for each additional pet.
--Heating the pool has a fee of $85/day during summer months and $115/day from November through April (hot tub heating is free)
-- Listing price includes 10 guests, with additional guests over the included 10charged a $35/night fee. This is automatically included when the correct number of guests are entered up to 16 guests (if there are over 16 guests, please let us know and we will send a charge request for the additional guests separately).
--Unreported guests above the number allowed will be charged double the $35 extra guests fee or $70/guest/night.
--Please be honest regarding the number of guests and pets. If you need to make an unexpected change, please update the reservation and send us a message and we will try to accommodate!
