The house was fantastic. Plenty of room, close to the beach, and comfortable. The location was great. The owner was easily accesible, friendly, and very easy to deal with. However there was one drawback. The pool was unfortunately not very well taken care of. I'm certainly not blaming the owner since they probably have someone oversee the property while they were away. It was only cleaned once and that was after notifying the owner. The algae and debris was absolutely taking over the pool.u unfortunately it was to the point where nobody wanted to swim in it anymore. That was the only flaw with this trip. I'm sure it will be corrected for future guests so by all means give this place a stay. It really was a great home like we were looking for.

Perfect location

All the spaces and rooms were perfect. Pool is relatively small hot could be hotter. Location is everything though, wasn’t access to the beach and 14 was the best and comfortable ambience.

Wonderful experience

This was our 50th wedding anniversary so family (11) came to celebrate with us. It was wonderful experience to be together with our kids grandkids and one great. We had a ball and really enjoyed the facilities. The home and grounds were clean and in great shape

Delightful and comfortable

Great property with tons of room for families. Comfortable furniture and beds, kitchen very well equipped. We loved the backyard and pool. Just a short walk to beach. Anthony was very accessible and prompt to answer questions. No brainer in you’re staying in South Padre.

Great home

This is the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. The pictures were accurate. The home was lovely. Enjoyed the pool everyday. We have stayed in many vrbos a many times the pictures aren’t accurate or they are stretched or made to look better. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful vacation!

A group of 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our weeks vacation here! Everything we needed was provided, location was perfect, and Anthony was super responsive in all his communications! Had one minor problem with the microwave not working but Vincent was able to fix it even on a weekend! Currently watching the snow come down, wishing I was back in that beautiful pool sipping a cocktail! Thank you from all of us for the best vacation!

Fun home in a great location

The whole family stayed here on this trip and it was perfect. More than enough room for everyone and the backyard was enjoyed by all. Anthony was great at communicating with me and made sure we didn’t have any issues. I would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation

The house worked great. 6 adults and 5 children. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was a terrific playtime each late afternoon or evening. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. The whole process from checkin, to the stay, to check out was seamless.

Good Stay

Anthony was amazing to work with so accommodating. The front of the house was having some work done not very appealing, but once inside the decor was beautiful. The spa and pool never really got quite hot enough to enjoy the full time we stayed, but we did have one really nice day and the family got to enjoy then. The house could use a deep clean, I am super OCD please keep that in mind...lol. Overall it was a good stay and I appreciate having such a active and responsive host!

Family getaway

My brother turned 40, so to celebrate my family gathered at this lovely beach home on SPI. It was a short stroll to the shore and had plenty of beach toys available for activities. There were bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. The pool was petite but provided a nice alternative for those not interested in getting sandy. AC worked great and the common areas provided plenty of seating.

Great stay

This is the perfect spot for a family get away from home. They have just about everything you need for your stay. A short walk to the beach is grateful and being about to bring your pets makes it feel even more like home. Definitely going to be staying here again!

Great location, Beautiful home!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It is located very close to the beach access. Just a short walk. The house was well furnished. Communication was great with the owner. We had a issue with the lock battery dying out but the owner was very communicative and gave us a solution in the interim. We had a great time and would consider staying here again.
