The perfect backdrop for a cozy getaway, this luxury cabin located on a very quiet street in beautiful Montgomery Estates is a beautiful peace of serenity to soothe the stresses of the everyday. We have a private hot tub at home and in fantastic location!

With four generous bedrooms to house even a large family, this beautifully furnished and decorated property offers many wonderful amenities. The dining room table seats 10 and the home features a bar that seats five as well as a large deck with tables and chairs. Its interior is a mix of bright and airy and warm and cozy, with wood ceilings and floors paired with modern fixtures. The luxurious master suite is fit for royalty, with a king bed, private jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

The property is perfect lazy afternoons with access to a commercial propane grill, an outdoor hot tub that seats six, and a fenced yard. Guests who would prefer to stay in will enjoy the foosball table, two 42" HDTVs with premium HD service & Showtime, two DVD players, and a Nintendo game cube with 47 games.

Guests can take advantage of hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoe, and sledding trails just a few steps away. Heavenly Valley and multiple resorts, casinos, and beaches just minutes away from this beautiful home, too! Visitors are welcome to rent a vehicle to make travel easy – the home offers a two-car garage along with extra parking during the summer time.

The reservation is not confirmed until the contract is signed and a copy of a valid I.D. is sent in. This is required by the Sheriff’s department.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Fun place in convenient location.

Great place. Convenient location. 10-15 minutes to camp Richardson maybe 20ish minutes to round hill and zephyr cove. Would stay here again.

Not luxury as the description

Pool table, foosball table, and hot tub are perks for sure. The hot tub broke the 1st day and took 2 days to fix because of the weekend/holiday (and I had to call twice). Beds are very uncomfortable. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Poor kitchen items, not many cups and 2 very old plastic wine glasses. Snow shovel is plastic and broken…made it really difficult to shovel the driveway after lots of snow. I wish there was more board games for the kids to play. There was only 1 and it was missing most of the pieces.

Questionable cleanliness and maintenance

There were a few issues with the rental: 1. The hot tub was obviously dirty. It was unusable. 2. The shower handle was completely broken off. 3. While a minor issue the snow shovel was broken and unusable. Since it had snowed a few feet prior to our arrival it would have been required had we not brought our own. 4. One the guests complained the sheets on his bed smelled like smoke and had to wash them. My consternation stems from the obvious nature of these problems. The hot tub was obviously dirty with slim, emitted an oder, low on water, and dirty filter. The shower handle was in pieces on the bathroom counter. The snow shovel was broken and leaning against the sliding door. While these issues were extremely inconvenient, I commend the management company's response. The issues were addressed on next and following day.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, very clean and open. Few things to share: Hot tub is NOT private The railing of the deck is unattached so not safe Downstairs does not heat . Overall great stay, quiet neighborhood and would keep in our list of places to return to!
