This beautiful and modern house was built in 2008 and available for your summer or ski vacations. 2,400 ft2, 5 min drive to the lake and to the Heavenly Ski lift (4.9 miles). Sleeps 8, with 3 BD/2.5 Bath, jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom, fenced yard. Large living room with cozy masonry fireplace plus a full gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped. Large fun soft with pool and foosball tables. Large two car garage plus space for two cars in the driveway. Quiet & safe SLT neighborhood.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
