We expected breakfast as mentioned in their website, but we did find any breakfast available. Later in the day I texted the owner and he told me they serve it on the second floor. My thought is why wasn't their and type of communication letting us know where it will be available? Poor communication .

I gave a star because there is not other options for terrible, this place doesn’t have personnel, they send an access code and when you get there you are on your own. As woman traveling solo I didn’t feel safe to stay in an empty house that suppose to by ran by any kind of staff , in top of that the place is in an area that no even your cell signal works

It was a flawless stay. Reserved online... they text me the combo for front door and my room. It was much better than I expected. It looked as if the whole Inn was redone recently.

Room was not ready upon arrival at 5:45. The property advertises breakfast, but none was available not even coffee. Property is not easy access to and from freeway, and it sits on a street with houses all around it not like it appears in the advertisement which makes it seem like it is located out in the mountains. Had a problem with a staff member that was very unfortunate BUT the owner did refund my entire room cost, which was appreciated.

Kurt and Lisa could not have been more welcoming. We booked the spacious Catskills room and it was perfect for our getaway. The check in and checkout details were easy to follow and allowed us to be on our own time schedule. Dinner was delicious and Dan couldn't have been more gracious. Get the carrot cake!! The breakfast nook was just enough for a quick bite and cup of coffee before our drive.

Nice Inn, nice people, really good food! Rooms are just that, a room but nicely done with new fixtures. It’s a converted old home. 3 levels, no elevator. If I’m ever in the area again, I would stay here.
