This peaceful and quiet, yet centrally located farmhouse sits on 2 acres lining the Saugatucket river in the back and overlooks a stunning tree farm in the front. This listing is a guest suite (800sqft) connected to the main house. 2 miles to URI, 4 miles to Wakefield and 6 miles to Narragansett Town Beach, all connected with a beautiful bike path at the end of the street. Enjoy the sounds of the river from the shaded back deck, or the smell of the wildflowers from the tree farm
