This cottage faces west and has beautiful sunsets on the water. Clamming can be enjoyed by just wading into the water.
The cottage has two bedrooms with one queen and one double bed. A short walk will bring you to East Matunuck State Beach and the Matunuck Oyster Bar. A bike ride will take you to the State Pier in Snug Harbor and Jim's Dock Restaurant.
The space
The location directly on the eastern shore of Potters Pond affords panoramic views of the water and beautiful sunsets over the water. The floor plan has the living area looking out through the sliding doors to the water view. The spacious deck is a wrap around style on 2 sides of the cottage.
The entire cottage is accessible including an enclosed private outside shower.
Other things to note
Other local places of great interest are Newport and Block Island, RI and walking trails such as Trustom Pond Wildlife Refuge. Casinos are also nearby in Connecticut (Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun).

Wonderful stay!
The property was beautiful inside and out. Being right on the salt water pond was a big plus!! We enjoyed walking East Matunuck and Scarborough beaches. Spent time watching the birds and the bunny. Spent a day thrift shopping.
