South Beach is located one and a half blocks to the beach and to the harbor.  This prime location puts you close to Kids Corner and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town.  This vacation home has all of your necessities and you can see Lake Michigan from the beautiful 3 season porch and front yard.  The outside deck is shaded for outdoor dining & grilling in the evening.

This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath vacation rental sleeps up to twelve in beds.  All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so late night games or movies won't disturb to early-to-bed gang. Spacious kitchen, and dining room with decorative fireplace.

There are two single unit apartments on the back of the house and the renters are great, quiet, respectful and understand that you are here to enjoy your time away. They try to be invisible to you but may say hi if they see you. You'll have a separate drive for 4 cars.

Accommodations were wonderful for our large family …..plenty of toys for little ones…large living room/family room for teens and great video options. Best of all …location to beach and town! Perfect for young people enjoying a little freedom. Memorable experience- will do again!!!

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do in South Haven. Having so many games and activities for my children was great. We basically used every inch of the house. The only slight negative was that the master door didn't shut without a lock, having older doors and windows in the home. I would want someone else to know that. But, we got over that quickly because everything else was accommodating. We would stay here again!

Great location

The location was key for us this place is perfect for that. 2 min walk to beach 5 min to downtown. The home is an older one and in need of a dehumidifier, it smelled old/dusty damp upon our arrival which improved after cooking in the home and a few other adjustments. It was low 60s to low 80s not very humid out during our week stay. The furniture in the living room could also use some updating. The home was incredibly clean. Well stocked including every tool you could think of in the kitchen and plenty of pots/pans. Plenty of supplies for the kids too; toys, game console, step stools, beach toys, coloring books etc. Plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably, large dining table, and new fridge, washer dryer to boot. We enjoyed our stay and plan on staying in south haven again.
