On the first floor, the primary suite offers a King bed, seating area and private bathroom, while an additional first floor bedroom offers two Twin beds. This bedroom shares the secondary first floor bathroom with the second floor bedroom and loft, which offers to Queen beds, and a Twin daybed with trundle and TV.

Overall positive stay and would recommend!Had an issue with getting into the house initially due to the lock sticking. Also we quickly noticed the washer didn't work and unfortunately it was not able to be repaired during our stay. Management was highly responsive and also kind. They offered to pay for a laundry service, but we declined. Overall impressed with management. The contact required for stay is over the top compared to other rentals.We have stayed here before, but it is under new ownership and it has been remodeled. The new furnishings are pretty and cozy. It felt very clean, with the exception of some basement cobwebs/bugs (where the washer and dryer are).If you are wondering, the property does not supply extra things like some rentals do like games, beach toys, etc. So bring your own. The kitchen table is undersized for the amount of chairs and guest max. It worked for our needs, as our group didn't eat all at once. The living area has ample and comfortable seating. The loft bed is a full, not a queen bed. The outdoor shower is really convenient for rinsing off sand.I appreciated the ample soft towels and that they provided things like dishwashing soap, hand soap, paper towels, and some starting toilet paper. The house could use more utensils and a larger trash can.Great location. Just a couple blocks to the Kids Corner park and a few blocks to the beach stairs. Walkable to downtown and near the bike path.

Great Family Stay!

Very clean and conveniently located cottage. Easy walk to Kids’ corner and South beach. The outdoor shower was amazing after coming home from the beach, and the vacant lot next door was perfect for playing/kicking a soccer ball around. We’d love to stay here again!
