Welcome to Butterfly House – Our newly built luxury family home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a den. Situated in a prime location on the expansive meadow in South Haven’s Harbor Club, you can play right outside your door or walk to the marina, pool and beach in minutes. Enjoy the new indoor/outdoor heated community pool, hot tub and club house for year-round fun. 
 
The Space
Butterfly House has been designed and furnished with your ultimate family comfort in mind. The large and cozy great room with gas fireplace overlooks the beautiful meadow that offers gorgeous outlooks in every season and in the summer features native grass and wildflowers. The kitchen is stocked with everything a home chef or entertainer would need including a Moccamaster coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, full set of pots and pans, wine glasses and more. For kids, silicone and bamboo plates, bowls and specialty cups are also available. The adjoining dining room features ample seating for up to 10. Closing out the downstairs is a den/playroom with queen sofa sleeper, TV, board games and play kitchen. Outside is a gas grill and large table for al fresco dining. The community fire pit is also just a few steps away. 
 
Upstairs, the primary bedroom and bath with its large soaking tub offer hotel-like luxury comfort. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and the fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle. A large bathroom with plenty of storage, and laundry room, complete this floor. A Nuna Aire travel crib can be placed in any bedroom. 

Amenities
The garage is stocked with beach necessities and toys including a wagon, umbrella, chairs and pop-up tent. Pool toys include floaties, various rafts and diving toys. Other toys include adult and child size scooters, tricycle, lawn games, balls and racquets. A stand-up paddleboard and life vests are also available for guests. The house has two Smart TVs, super-fast Wifi and all the classic board games for staying-in activities.
 
Family-friendly amenities include sound machines in every room, a wipeable high chair and booster seat, step stools in the bathrooms, infant bathtub, toddler toilet seat, changing table, and Baby Bjorn bouncer chair.

The Location

The Harbor Club community is tucked among 40 acres of preserved woodlands and wetlands and is just a few blocks to the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. Guests have full access to the Woodland Harbor Marina where you can rent boats, kayaks, golf carts and canoes. 

Harbor Club’s resort-like amenities now feature two pools and clubhouses for guest enjoyment. Swim and play year-round in Harbor Club’s brand new enclosed pool, clubhouse and hot tub in the center of the Harbor Club community. The second pool and clubhouse, which is open from May to September, is located at the Woodland Marina and features lovely views. 

Lush trails and walking paths surround the community including the Kal Haven Trail which also connects to the Van Buren Trail. Downtown is just a short golf-cart ride away and features fantastic dining, boutique shopping and entertainment options. A security camera is situated on the exterior of the property.

Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles; 2 vehicles may park in the driveway, and 2 may park on-street directly in front of the home

Beach Access: 1st Street Beach access is only a 10 minute walk away
Pool Access: Harbor Club now offers a four-seasons luxury pool and hot tub, located on the north end of the community. The original community pool is still an option as well, and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day
