This cottage is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is located in a quiet location in South Chatham, only ½ mile to Nantucket Sound. This cute and cozy cottage with central air has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second with 2 twins. Living room has a sofa bed. There is a backyard with a nice large deck and plenty of outdoor furniture for the whole family, along with a gas grill for summer barbecues. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Perfect For Us

My husband & I stayed here for the month of July, and it was clean, quiet, and old Cape Cod homey. It was too far for us to walk to the beach, but it was so easy to hop in the car, drive down the street, and find a FREE parking spot! When we had a problem with the smoke alarm, the rental company AND the homeowner responded immediately, and arranged for it to be taken care of before we knew it! There is a little park, tennis court, and basketball court at the end of the road, which was a bonus when my grandchildren visited.
