It sits on a pretty lot with a big backyard just 7/10ths of a mile to Forest Beach in Chatham. A sunporch off the kitchen is great for that morning cup of coffee and the large deck has a gas grill for evening barbeques. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and a laundry area is adjacent to the kitchen. There is one bedroom on the first floor (king) and two on the second (one with 4 twins, one with a queen). There is also a full bathroom on each floor. The walk out basement features a large family TV room with a built-in bar. Other great amenities include an A/C UNIT IN THE MAIN LIVING AREA, WiFi access and Cable TV. Bedrooms have fans. This is a great Chatham rental for your Cape Cod Vacation! The property was just as expected. It worked great for our group and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out or eat together. The outdoor shower was a great bonus!There were plenty of fans and AC units to help with the temperature inside all of the rooms. Our only wish is that there was more parking or something that states it can only park 3 cars as if we had had any more I'm not sure where they would've gone.

Great location, horrible house

Advertised as air conditioned, only 1 AC in dining room…bedrooms were uncomfortable. Beds were all old and awful. House was dirty, living room carpet was disgusting, entire lower lever was filthy. Two stove burners didn’t work..entire house needs updating and thorough cleaning.

Great Vacation House

This house is beautifully located on a large property and within walking distance of a number of beaches in South Chatham. The house has three large bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.
