The Les Tilleuls gîte benefits from a privileged location for ideal holidays with family or two, 10 minutes from the beaches and the lake, and on site, we offer the shared swimming pool service. Soustons is in the heart of the Landes pine forest, a cocoon of greenery offering a vast network of cycle paths and greenways. You can enjoy walking for miles. The shops are very close, but the village benefits from places where you can taste without moderation the delights of the Landes region. There are many activities for an unforgettable vacation! Located on the ground floor, it offers an independent kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds), bathroom and separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV, wifi. Terrace on the side with garden furniture, barbecue.. Shared land with owner approximately 1500 m², private part approximately 200 m², all enclosed..
