This flat has been refurbished and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It consists of a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Only the sheets are provided.

The 35 m² flat on the ground floor has the following layout
- Bright living room with a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV.
- Kitchen open to the living room equipped with an extendable dining table, 4 chairs, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) which can be separated to create 2 single beds of 70 cm.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

-Beautiful tiled and covered terrace of 12 m² on the garden level giving direct access to the swimming pool, equipped with garden furniture, 2 sunbeds and 1 electric barbecue.
- Shared heated swimming pool of 200 m² located within the residence, accessible from 1st June to 1st October. The depth of the water space starts at 0.95 m and goes down to 1.55 m. The surrounding area is furnished with parasols and deckchairs.
