We offer this 37 m² apartment with shared pool for rent in Soustons, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 16 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The entrance is via a corridor leading to a bedroom and an alcove.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 16 m² living room with pull-out sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Alcove with bunk bed (two single beds)
- Bathroom with shower, WC
- Bathroom with bathtub

Exterior:
- A 12 m² balcony with a table, 6 chairs, a parasol and a small storage unit. It overlooks the golf course and the forest. Not overlooked.

Shared exterior:
- A swimming pool (shared, heated) open from May to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
It includes two pools: a large bean-shaped one (approx. 20×6m) and a smaller one for children, deckchairs and parasols: it is fully fenced in.

Estate under the pines in a cul-de-sac surrounded by the golf course. Very quiet and secure, ideal for children. Located 10 minutes' walk from the marine lake and 20 minutes from the ocean, all shops are nearby. Ping-pong table and boules pitch.

Activities :
- A wide range of sporting activities are available: tennis, bike golf (bike paths in the forest all along the coast), surfing (several surf schools), yacht club.
- Spain is not far away (1h30 by car).
- Ideal for golfers: 3 other courses nearby.

Events nearby :
- The Landes and Basque coasts are rich in cultural and sporting events.
- Numerous nature reserves (ponds, streams) to discover on foot or by boat.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the free public parking lot at the foot of the apartment.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Biarritz airport 45 minutes away by car and SNCF train station 20 minutes away.
- Public transport within walking distance
- All trips can be made by bike (shops, restaurants, cinema...)

- Towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
