"Great Staff: starting at the entrance, Yassin, who goes above and beyond to make your stay extremely comfortable. His positive attitude and positive energy are just contagious. He welcomed us right away, took my luggages and even walked me to the front desk section to help with the check in and even the check out. He gave me suggestions of activities inside the hotel and who to contact if I have questions. He introduced you me to the hotel management staff when I had further questions. He was very professional. Also front desk team ( Rania, Khaled, and the intern as well « stagiaire ») were all very friendly and professional. They made the check in and check out very smooth. Heni the door man was amazing as well. Going to restaurants, great food selection, very clean and the waitresses were very friendly (Yamen, Mohamed). The hotel has tons of activities during the day and during the evening, but you can still enjoy some quiet time through the day. Rooms were very clean. Outstanding experience overall and looking forward to next vacation ! I highly recommend this hotel. "
