Great potential when totally finished

Half the hotel had been refurbished and just reopened, but unfortunately we had an un-refurbished room, although clean, the bathroom was below standard with broken taps and shower. The staff were very apologetic and advised these were scheduled to be up graded. The rest of the facilities at the hotel were very good as were the staff. Once the hotel is fully functioning this will a lovely place to stay.

La chambre n'Ă©tait pas conforme aux photos. La moquette Ă©tait abĂźmĂ©e avec un paillasson prĂšs du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette derniĂšre. La chambre sentait trĂšs mauvais (l'humiditĂ© et le renfermĂ©), problĂšme visiblement connu car tentĂ© d'ĂȘtre attĂ©nuĂ© avec un spray de toilette se dĂ©clenchant toutes les heures. Le buffet n'Ă©tait pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forĂȘt enneigĂ©e Ă©tait trĂšs sympathique. Pour terminer, le sauna Ă©tait hors service. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hĂŽtel.
