Designed by an architect, La Maourelle was thought out specifically for holidays. Very open on the outside, you will appreciate its big patio doors and its 250sq.m terrace that leads to the two pools: one for adults and one for children. Its construction principle is a woodframe, the philosophy one of respecting the environment. Planted amidst pine trees and oaks, its ocean color dissolves delicately in the complete palette of greens. Also, you will surely appreciate the 6 person steam bath and gym.
Our village houses, all ground floor only, are sprinkled over the pine woods of the Grayan-et- l'Hôpital urbanisation, into grounds of at least 2000sq.m grounds.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Limited housekeeping is available.
