Sunday to Sunday rentals only, in July and August. Welcome to Soulac-sur-Mer, a seaside resort on the tip of the Médoc! Ideally located 50 meters from the beach, our Dunes apartment will offer you a peaceful getaway with ocean views, a magical sunrise over the pine forest, and the rooftops of Soulac, a magnificent beach. Whether you're staying as a couple or with your family, it's sure to be a favorite! Forget the car during your stay; everything will be nearby: the town center is 500 meters away with its shops, restaurants, and covered market, the seafront, bike paths, and forest trails. Heritage and history lovers can discover the area's many treasures: Notre-Dame-de-la-Fin-des-Terres Basilica, Soulac villas, the Cordouan Lighthouse, the Atlantic Wall bunkers, and, further south, the prestigious Médoc châteaux and vineyards. Located on the second floor of a secure building (building entrance with digital code) with elevator, our apartment has been carefully renovated and includes: - a pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee maker), a dining room, both with views of the pine forest, and a TV lounge opening onto the ocean-view loggia. - an ocean-view bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - a pine-view bedroom with two 90x190 cm bunk beds - a bathroom with toilet - a loggia with panoramic views of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse The rental price includes Wi-Fi access, sheets (beds made upon arrival), towels, and table linens. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for €50 (a mandatory cleaning deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival). Private parking space in the residence. Non-smoking accommodation.
