Very pleasant and very quiet house located at 900 m from Naïades beach and 1.5 km from Soulac market, easily accessible by bike.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
The house is attached on one side, not overlooked.
The terrace adjoining the living room extends onto the wooded park.
The accommodation is located in a condominium with a swimming pool open from July 1 to August 30.
Ideal for families with children. A travel cot and a baby booster chair are at your disposal.
You will have the entire accommodation, individual with 2 private parking spaces.
The cycle path, as well as the forest walking trails, are at the foot of the property.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our 3-weeks vacation on this house a lot. It was cozy, clean and the surroundings were also nice. If you are looking for a great place to stay for your summer vacation at the French Atlantic Ocean, you are at the right spot.

Soulac

Ein nettes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht in bester Lage.Die Anlage ist ruhig und weitläufig und bestens für Kinder geeignet und der Strand mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das kaum vorhandene Funknetz im Haus um Internet zu haben.Soulac ist wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche, wenn sie auch sehr klein ist. Es ist sehr hellhörig gegenüber den Geräuschen der eigenen Familie, liegt aber in einer ruhigen Anlage und Gegend. Der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar, in den Ort ist ein Fahrrad oder Auto empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und kVerwaltern war einfach und effizient.

Toller Urlaub in Soulac-sur-Mer

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig etwas über 1 km vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super geklappt (in Englisch). Soulac-sur-Mer ist ein kleiner beschaulicher Badeort ohne große Wohnblöcke, hat eine nette kleine Innenstadt und einen Mega-Strand. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
