"This property is absolutely beautiful! A true oasis in the middle of nowhere. A special thank you to the manager, Rihab, and Mr. Ahmed, who assisted with our luggage; both were incredible and made us feel welcome.
However, we had an incredibly difficult night due to a persistent sewage smell in our room. We were moved at 2:00 AM to a second room, only to find the heater was broken. In December, this was freezing and unacceptable, resulting in a third room move in a single night.
While the staff tried their best and we appreciated their efforts, these issues were disappointing given the premium price. When paying for a one-of-a-kind experience, you expect the basics to be seamless. It’s a gorgeous location, but travelers with high expectations should be aware of these potential technical lapses."
