Cosy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, 100 metres from the beach, situated within the quiet and family friendly area of Ayia Thekla, just on the outskirts of the resort of Ayia Napa. The villa is fully equipped (wifi, satellite channels in most languages, PS3 with several games) and air conditioned throughout for a comfortable stay. Comfortably sleeps 6 plus 1 baby (baby cot and baby chair provided).

You can even pick your own fresh figs and grapes from the Fig and Vine trees in the garden!!!

The accommodation was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. The information about the accommodation corresponds to the reality on site. Beautiful beaches are only 5 minutes away by car and communication was smooth. Thank you very much!
