Located on the best and longest extension of beach in Cabarete, Seawinds at Punta Goleta is a lavish beachfront condo ideal for vacationing. Our apartment is ideal for large groups, with a 10 person dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and filtered water from the fountain. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and cleaning services are included for stays of 7 nights or longer (once per week).

Seawinds is conveniently located 2 minutes from the center of town where local gourmet restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and banks are all near. You can walk to water sports schools while you are able to keep away and enjoy tranquility when you want it.

This is a gated Condo with 24 hours security service. A beautiful garden and coconut trees are between you and the beach. Come and enjoy!

Location, amenities and access to beach are the prime reasons for this rental. Great for families with young children - they enjoyed the playground and the walkout to the grass area. Tons of kids visiting so they made some friends. The staff running the condo complex were friendly. A gardener even gave us coconuts and opened them up to drink the water!The actual rental was great - plenty of room for kids to play and for adults to relax. Kitchen was mostly well equipped but missing a few key items (kettle, cutting boards, sharp knives). The unit overall was a tad tired. It was evident it was rented for a long time without much upgrading. We slept on polyester sheets and flat pillows. An upgrade in these would have made for a more comfortable and restorative stay. Also, more comfortable furniture for sitting would be appreciated. Couches and outdoor furniture need updating.Be sure to only pay 100 pesos for each jug of water. On two occasions, the staff changed the pricing, took more money than they should and didn’t always follow through with the requests after taking the money. More professionalism on the resort’s behalf should be a priority - this does not reflect the owner. Just be aware if you are renting.

Great Host, Great Apartment, Perfect for Families

Luis apartment was BIG, comfortable and in the most beautiful and comfortable location in Cabarete. Our family spend a few months in Cabarete and Luis's home was perfect for our online work and school (fast WIFI), kitesurfing and beach walking. Great community at SeaWinds was a plus. Thanks for hosting us!
