This spacious home has TVS in all bedrooms and both living rooms. The large "Air Conditioned" open concept living/dining area is perfect for entertaining. The outdoor terrace has a table for 8, a comfortable sectional, and BBQ all surrounded by a tropical garden and pool. Only steps away from restaurants, supermarkets, clubs and more.

The villa is located in one of Sosua's most prestigious gated communities. The rooms are very spacious and bright with plenty of windows to enjoy the Caribbean sun and tropical breeze. The terrace is a perfect place to relax, barbeque and enjoy a cold drink alongside the private pool. Also, the villa has highspeed WI-FI for the entire house and outside terrace. Enjoy the luxurious imported king size mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, and thick cotton towels. There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare you own meals or you can walk to Hispaniola's Diner's Club in less than 5 minutes to enjoy a delicious meal with a panoramic view of the ocean and stunning sunsets. A car is not necessary if you don't mind walking short distances. Daily maid service included. The villa accommodates 8 so it is ideal for 4 couples or a large family gathering.
